How do I access my account?

At the top right-hand corner of every page, you will see Sign In. (If it shows your name, you are already logged in). Please click on that button and it will take you to the sign in page.

 

Change of password link

If you requested a ‘Change of Password', the link will come into your email for you to change your password, but if you did not get it within 15 minutes check your Junk Mail folder. If it is not there contact us for help as we are always here to help you

How much does it cost to make a Naijacona posting?

For now, almost every posting on Naijacona is free, including real estate, autos, jobs, etc. as it’s a way to support Nigerians to market their products to as many Nigerians as possible, this we are doing because we are also looking to promote effective buying and selling for our fellow Nigerians.

Naijacona users and brands can decide to place an advert that will appear to everyone ( on the landing page ) to see immediately they log in, brands advert and pricing will be announced much later as we approach our first 1 million users.

 

How long will it take my posting to appear on the naijacona website?

Posting is verified by the system and get posted immediately if passed verification.

 

What if something is not working properly on the website?

In a situation where you notice any error or dysfunction on the website, kindly screenshot the error and send to us in due time for us to work on it quickly, as your satisfaction is our paramount priority.

 

How to report scams?

If you notice or experience any form of scam, please try to report the user, situation and or person to us via our support@naijacona.com. It will be helpful if you can do a screenshot of the scam chat, situation or any evidence that can help us to work effectively on correcting the situation.
